What is the platform take-rate?
The take-rate is a percentage of each completed job's value that goes to Servora. It covers matching, payment processing, support, and platform maintenance. Your plan determines your rate: 12% for Starter, 9% for Pro, and 5% for Property Manager.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Payment processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is passed through at cost. A $15 minimum platform fee applies to jobs under $125 to maintain service quality. SMS reminders beyond 100 per month cost $2 each. All fees are shown before booking.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new rate applies to jobs completed after the change. There are no lock-in contracts.
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Independent Starter plan has no monthly subscription. You pay only the 12% take-rate on completed jobs, which means there is zero cost until you earn through the platform.
Do customers pay anything?
Customers book services for free. The platform costs are built into the provider side, keeping the booking experience frictionless for the people who need help.
What happens if I exceed 10 jobs on the Starter plan?
When you reach the monthly limit, you can upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited jobs at a lower take-rate. We will notify you as you approach the cap so you can plan ahead.
